DripSneakers accepts eligible return and exchange requests submitted within 30 days of the date the order is marked as delivered.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories.
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact DripSneakers customer service within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the request.
3. Include clear photos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
4. Wait for approval and the correct return address.
5. Use trackable shipping and retain the shipping receipt.

Do not send products to the original shipping address or any unconfirmed address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

If you ordered the wrong size or product, or changed your mind, you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

If DripSneakers sent the wrong product or size, or the product arrives damaged or with an approved quality problem, DripSneakers will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution and cover approved return or replacement shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by DripSneakers or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product and size availability. Any price difference and customer-responsible shipping costs must be paid before the replacement is sent.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected after arrival. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Customs Interception

If the carrier or customs authority confirms that an order was seized by customs before delivery, contact customer service with your order number and tracking information.

After verification, DripSneakers will arrange one replacement shipment at no additional product or shipping cost. This does not apply when the issue results from an incorrect address, refusal to cooperate with customs, unpaid customer charges or restrictions caused by information provided by the customer.

Final Sale

Products clearly marked as Final Sale or Clearance before purchase cannot be returned or exchanged because of incorrect sizing, change of mind or personal preference.

Final Sale status does not exclude claims involving an incorrect product, an incorrect size sent by DripSneakers, shipping damage or an approved quality problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration or customer damage.
• Products missing original tags, packaging or accessories.
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
• Unauthorized returns or products sent to an unapproved address.
• Final Sale or Clearance products, except for eligible seller-responsibility claims.
